"Gather Your Things," grew from the need to detach. The tether between the past and the present had to be cut. The feeling itself could not be written - no nouns, verbs, or adjectives could convey the out-of-body experience of growing intrapersonally because personal ideologies had outgrown their current vessel.
They couldn't hold space.
